Please note that Just4Canvas cannot be responsible for the content or quality of any media files uploaded onto the site. Customers are also required to obtain permission to reproduce their images and are liable for any action taken against Just4Canvas for reproducing images on the customers behalf.
Just4Canvas does not examine the content of any media submitted to the site and will not be liable for it.
Just4Canvas cannot take any responsibility for any media submitted, either knowingly or unknowingly, that the customer does not have copyright for. The customer will take full responsibility for any claims or legal actions that may be occurred as a result of them not having permission or own the copyright for their images to be used and will not hold Just4Canvas responsible in any way.
Please note that Just4Canvas cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery our goods.
Whilst we endeavour to adhere to our quoted lead times please be aware that we are occasionally subject to unexpected events which may cause delays on our published delivery times. We will however try to let our customers know of any impending delay.
General policies
Just4Cavas accepts jpeg and tiff files up to 10mb.
Image upload times may vary depending on size of file and speed of customer's internet service.
Customers are responsible for the quality of uploaded files.
Orders are processed according to specifications and are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Just4Canvas refuse to process any explicit or pornographic material. We also have the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Refunds.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed at Just4Canvas.
All damaged orders must be made known to Just4Canvas immediately. (No later than 24hours after receiving your order.)
Damaged orders must be returned to Just4Canvas for inspection before a refund or replacement can be offered.
Just4Canvas will not be responsible for damaged goods not notified to us within the 24 hour time frame.
Please handle your prints carefully. We cannot accept damage to prints that have been mishandled. We will also not make refunds on any canvas that has a slight variation in colour tone or hue than expected.
Failure to provide an image in the correct size ratio may result in your image being cropped at our discretion. We cannot offer refunds on any canvas that may vary slightly in size due to this discrepancy. We will always endeavour to preserve the main focus of the photograph.
